What's Happening		Assignments
Band: Wednesday and Friday mornings 8:00 sharp! We are rapidly approaching the end of our research time on the state report. This week was history and many of the students are finished or just finishing. We are doing some typing as we go along so it’s not left for the last week. Next week will be the big push to do final copies or typing. We have limited access to computers so some may need to be done at home! Please ask your child to show you his/her progress. Your help is greatly appreciated in checking the planners each night and ensuring quality homework! Band is on Wednesdays and Fridays and students should know which day their lesson is by now. (A refrigerator memo may help them remember to bring their instrument in!)		Homework : Math: handout & problem set Spelling Homework: All done in cursive (unless exempted) Monday:1^st 10 words, write 3 times each in cursive, 2 pages in packet Tuesday: 2^nd 10 words 3 times each, 2 pages in packet Wednesday& Thursday: 6 sentences, using ½ the words Spelling test Friday (unless 95% or above on Thursday practice test) STATE REPORT TOPIC THE WEEK of January 30th: History and Government Reading: Read 15 minutes each week night .
