The Salem Central School and the community once again demonstrated that we are a little community but we have a huge heart!  Working as a team, a great accomplishment was achieved.  The 60 passenger school bus that was sitting in front of the school the last few weeks was STUFFED with nonperishable food items.  This bus load of food was donated to the Salem Food Pantry.  The Elementary Student Council and High School National Honor Society along with members of the community met at the Presbyterian Church to unload the bus.  It took approximately one and a half hours to unload the contents.  Donations were more than double that of previous years!  This project would not have been possible without the generosity and help from Scott Cameron our Transportation Supervisor, Matthews Bus of Ballston Spa, Jeffro Enterprises, the students and staff of Salem Central School, and many community members all of whom helped us to “STUFF THE BUS”!!!!!!!
