1-30-12 2-6-12 4-16-12	This week we will be studying herbs, spices and blends. We will discuss and practice garnishing food. We will start the week with a cheese tasting. Then we will study and discuss dairy product to get ready to make our own cheese for a PastaFest. Today each student will select a country to research.
