Audit Committee

The Audit Committee meets at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria on the Wednesday evening of the following months unless otherwise designated and announced in the local newspapers:

    September 21,     December 21 ,   March 21,     June 20 

These will be the Audit Committee’s regular scheduled meetings.  We are aware that at times, we may need to meet in addition to these meetings to ensure timely review and/or decisions.
