Audit Committee

The Audit Committee meets at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria the 2^nd Wednesday of the following months unless otherwise designated and announced in the local newspapers:

July (8^th),    September (9^th),     November (4^th) @ 5:30pm ,     January (13^th),     March (10^th),     May (12^th)

These will be the Audit Committee’s regular scheduled meetings.  We are aware that at times, we may need to meet in addition to these meetings to ensure timely review and/or decisions but our charter states we will meet at least 6 times a year.
