I received a BS in Biochemistry/Biophysics from SUNY Plattsburgh and an MS in Science Education from Sage Graduate School.
I have worked as a research science technician studying the translocation of protein kinase C in pulmonary endothelial cells. During my time in research, I worked with medical fellows teaching them the basics of bench chemistry.  Because it was so much fun teaching the techniques I came into education.  
This will be my 26th year in Salem Central School.  I will be teaching Chemistry, Environmental Science, and a brand new course General Chemistry.
