• In compliance with recommended public safety guidelines, Executive Order 202.t allows a board of education to hold meetings remotely with board members in separate locations, provided they can communicate with each other, as a group, by telephone/conference call, video chat or other similar service. This may occur provided the Board allows the public to access the meeting electronically, by telephone/conference call, video chat or other similar service, with "instructions" as to how to access the meeting. The meeting must be videotaped and transcribed at a later date.
