Dear Salem Community Members,

We’re excited to continue our strategic planning process. Thank you for your participation in the initial community ThoughtExchange. The response was super, and your feedback was very helpful, as we began the process of establishing our mission, vision, and core values. Our next step is to work with a large group of community, staff, board of education and leadership team members to develop ideas for how to meet the district’s objectives in each of the areas that we have prioritized. Would you be interested in participating?
